‘Tis the season for gratitude – and let’s not forget food, family and fun. With the Thanksgiving holiday right around the corner, we can’t think of a more fitting time to celebrate this great announcement.

We are elated to share that Simpli.fi has been named the #1 Best Midsize Company in DFW and that our Chief Executive Officer, Frost Prioleau has also been named Best Midsize Company Leader! This is the second year the Dallas Morning News has recognized Simpli.fi for our workplace culture.

The Dallas Morning News Best Places to Work program “spotlights companies that do more for employees than hand out paychecks. They provide nurturing environments, offer rewarding work and have a lot of fun in the process.” The list is created entirely from employee feedback gathered in an anonymous survey. The competition for the Top 100 in DFW is fierce – an impressive 289 organizations entered the program, representing 74,500 local employees.

You can read the full coverage about Simpli.fi’s workplace culture and how our open-door policy encourages creativity here.

As quoted by the Dallas Morning News, Frost said, “Culture matters. You have to define what you want your culture to be. Some of your early key hires are very, very important in creating a culture that’s living and can be ingrained in people when they come into your business. We’re always looking for inquiring minds to pull off constant evolution. We have to keep up with the industry. We hire people who will embrace learning, because whatever they know when they start, it’ll be totally different tomorrow.”

A big thank you and congratulation to our whole team for this recognition. And in the spirit of the holiday, Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
