SIMPLI.FI ACQUIRES COREMEDIA SYSTEMS, LEADING SOFTWARE PLATFORM FOR PERFORMANCE MEDIA MANAGEMENT AND ANALYTICS
Simpli.fi, a leader in programmatic advertising and agency management software, today announced that it has acquired CoreMedia Systems, a leading provider of performance media management software used by major performance marketing agencies, media agencies, and brands. The combination will extend Simpli.fi’s Omni-Channel Capabilities and further automate purchasing and analysis of linear TV alongside CTV and other programmatic advertising.
Simpli.fi recently acquired CoreMedia Systems to strengthen its omnichannel capabilities and help advertisers and agencies streamline their workflows and improve advertising performance. The move is expected to help the companies deepen their current integration and automate the purchasing and analysis of linear TV and connected TV (CTV) together and other programmatic advertising forms. These include mobile, addressable, display, video, social, and native.
Simpli.fi, the advertising automation platform for agencies, brands, and media companies, today announced a partnership with Social Display advertising pioneer, Spaceback. The new offering allows advertisers to automatically convert social media content into programmatic display ads. This fully automated process will track advanced engagement metrics and enable Simpli.fi’s clients to boost performance and efficiency.
