Manage cities by radius using the “manage cities by radius” button in the lower right of the image above

Clicking the manage cities by radius button brings up the view below

Easily enter an address or zip code in the origin field, choose a radius and hit search. The address can be a zip code or an actual address. 

Once radius is set, add appropriate cities for targeting.
