Technology start-up veterans, the members of Simpli.fi’s leadership team have led over ten companies through high-growth phases to successful exits. Together, they lead Simpli.fi’s employees toward our common goal of simplifying digital advertising.
Frost Prioleau is the Co-Founder and CEO of Simpli.fi. An experienced online advertising executive specializing in targeting, optimization, and technology, Prioleau focuses on corporate strategy, driving Simpli.fi’s growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prior to Simpli.fi, Prioleau was the CEO and Founder of Personifi, a contextual and behavioral targeting company. The firm was acquired by Collective Media in 2008. While at Collective, Prioleau served as General Manager of the Technology Solutions Group.
Considered to be a thought leader in online advertising, Prioleau often speaks on the topic at industry trade shows. In addition, he shares his opinions and insights about retargeting in his monthly column published on Search Engine Land. Prioleau is a graduate of Princeton University, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering Management Systems.
Paul Harrison is a founding member of Simpli.fi, and holds the position of Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity he drives and oversees the development of Simpli.fi’s proprietary technology.
Prior to Simpli.fi, Harrison served as Chief Technology Officer of Collective, and was responsible for the development of the AMP Platform. Previously, he was a founding member, President, and Chief Technology Officer for Personifi, where he set the technological vision for the company. With over 15 years of experience, Harrison brings strategic insight to Simpli.fi from various perspectives, including operations, technology, and sales and marketing. He has held key leadership roles at numerous entities including Mejoris, Lexica, InsureZone, and Mednet Connect.
Harrison holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Harding University, where he teaches International Business.
James Moore is Chief Revenue Officer for Simpli.fi. In this role, he is responsible for leading the sales team and driving the growth of the company. He joins Simpli.fi with more than 20 years of sales leadership experience at some of America’s most successful sales organizations, including Airborne Express, ADP, and Careerbuilder.com.
Most recently, Moore led the sales organization at FetchBack, an online display retargeting company. During his tenure there, the company saw record growth in revenue and personnel.
A high energy and focused individual, Moore lives a passion driven life, and can often be found participating in sports and exercise. He is also a talented drummer and is active in the Phoenix music community. Moore holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from Southwest Texas State University.
Andries is the Chief Financial Officer for Simpli.fi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and experienced finance professional with experience involving medium sized private companies.
His specialties include: accounting, budgets, finance reporting, forecasts and analysis, ecommerce, Google Analytics, US GAAP, SOP 97-2 and software revenue recognition.
Prior to Simpli.fi he was an executive and strategic contributor at Quickoffice, which grew 900% in 5 years, achieved Top Grossing iPad application status on iTunes, and maximized enterprise value through an acquisition by Google Inc.
Elizabeth Brockey is Chief Customer Officer for Simpli.fi. An online marketing professional with experience in developing, implementing, and managing successful strategies based on client objectives. Brockey leads the Client Services team with a focus on driving client satisfaction and progress through campaign performance.
Brockey has spent her tenure with Simpli.fi executing strategic initiatives to drive company success and foster innovation. Brockey understands the importance of fostering a culture of leadership throughout all levels of an organization as the key to creating happy employees and a stable company. As a true servant-leader, she focuses primarily on the development and well-being of her employees first and helps her team perform as successfully as possible.
Prior to Simpli.fi, Brockey served as the Director of Client Development for AdShuffle, an online ad server, focusing on sales, marketing, client services, and business development.
Having worked on all sides of the digital marketing environment and with many start-ups, Brockey has a proven track record of creating, developing, and managing consistent and profitable growth within multiple organizations. Brockey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government/Pre-Law from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing from East Tennessee State University.
Ryan Horn is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Simpli.fi. A marketing professional with a strong strategic vision coupled with tactical execution, he is responsible for corporate branding, lead generation, public relations and training. Prior to joining Simpli.fi, Horn worked at Think Finance, a financial lending technology company, and First Choice Power, a retail electric provider. Horn holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University.
Chris Nuttall is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Simpli.fi. An experienced corporate development and strategy executive, Nuttall focuses on accelerating Simpli.fi’s growth and profitability through the deployment of growth capital in M&A, strategic partnerships and new market development. Prior to Simpli.fi, Nuttall was Corporate Development Leader at Qurate (Nasdaq: QRTEA) with focus on driving transformational growth through M&A, strategic partnerships/joint ventures/alliances and investments at the intersection of Retail / eCommerce, Media and Technology. Nuttall is a recognized leader in using M&A transactions, externalized relationships & investments to drive transformational growth in customer and shareholder value with more than twenty years experience in the Digital, Media and Technology industries. Nuttall holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Cambridge.
