This portal allows you to manage your personal information requests in compliance with international and U.S. privacy laws. Certain countries and states within the US that have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws, give residents specific privacy rights.

Types of Requests You Can Make

Access or Request to Know
The right to request a copy of the personal information we have about you is limited to Residents of certain U.S. states and countries with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to request a copy of their personal information. Simplifi will provide an Access Report containing details about the data we process, including the categories of personal information collected and their sources.

Deletion
Simplifi will delete any information we have related to the information you provide sych as your IP Address, CookieID, or Mobile ID.

Employee
If you are a former, current, or prospective employee, California law grants you rights regarding your data. These include requests to delete, correct, or opt out of processing. Note that active employees or those employed within the past 7 years may have limitations due to legal obligations, such as payroll record retention.

Business representative request
California offers data subject rights to former, current, and prospective clients and/or vendor business representatives to act on the data that is collected for business contact purposes. If you’d like to request that we delete, return, correct, or opt out of the data that we may store about you as a business contact, please click on the link below. Please note that the status of your relationship with Simplifi, may limit our ability to comply with your request. For example, an active platform user may not opt out of system notifications.

What if I don’t want to provide additional information?
You may opt-out of Simplifi’s use of your data in our services by submitting your mobile advertiser ID through our Opt-Out form.
